Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Night Auditor for The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. The Night Auditor balances spreadsheets and serves as Front Office Clerk during the shift, assisting guests and ensuring accurate accounting.

Shifts run 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay, training, discounts, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Night audit and hotel front desk experience required.
• Proficient in Excel for balancing and reporting.
• Strong customer service mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit function, reconcile credit card payments, input sales and manual sales sheets, understand the guest folio, explain billing, and how to make any needed corrections.
• Review pending deposits and charges, check guests in and out efficiently.
• Quote room rates and packages, post charges for in-house accounts.
• Complete shift closing, drop cash and checks, secure the bank, and follow cash handling policies.
• Cash handling and accuracy in front office paperwork.
