Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Hotel Front Desk Supervisor at the Sheraton in Nashua, NH. You will oversee front desk operations and ensure guests receive exceptional service.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. We offer weekly pay, training opportunities, and benefits such as health insurance options, a 401(k) plan, and vacation, along with tuition or certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the front desk team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures; evaluate performance and recommend rewards or corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to team on handling difficult problems or escalated guest complaints.
• Implement policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
• Prepare and issue work schedules and duty assignments for office or administrative staff.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping department.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Hotel Front Desk Supervisors to join our team at the Sheraton Hotel in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 / hour

What will you do?

More About You

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 2 years' experience in hospitality; front desk experience is preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Computer literate in MS Office programs; some experience with property management systems is preferred
• Must be fluent in the English language, both spoken and written
• No college degree required
• Available to work nights and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
• Ability to lift to 30 pounds as needed
