Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Night Auditor to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. The Night Auditor will balance spreadsheets, serve as Front Office Clerk during their shift, and assist guests as needed.

The position runs 10:00 pm to 7:00 am with a pay range of $17.00-$19.00 per hour. Delaware North offers weekly pay, training opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Night audit or hotel front desk experience required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit function and reconcile payments.
• Review pending deposits and check guests in/out efficiently.
• Quote room rates and post charges for in-house accounts.
• Complete shift closing and secure the cash.
• Maintain accurate front office paperwork and balance daily figures.
• Post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
