Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners and guests with villa check-in/out, amenities, and local activities to craft memorable vacation experiences. You will respond to questions, coordinate with departments, and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence, professional communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced property environment with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items up to 25lbs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews amenities, hours of operation, and local activities.
• Listens and responds to guests' questions and requests, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Identifies room features for guests and explains how to use them (keys, ice, vending).
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure satisfaction of requests or problems.
• Answers telephone calls and routes to proper departments.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on location.
