• Communicates with preview tour customer via telephone before their scheduled arrival and tour date.
• Offers Concierge-style services to guests staying on promotional vacation packages.
• Provides information about property amenities and area attractions.
• Addresses guests' service needs in a professional, timely manner.
• Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates their needs.
• Maintains Marriott standards and safety procedures.
