Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with courteous service.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the computer system.
• Post charges to guest rooms and balance house accounts.
• Answer phones and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist other front desk staff as needed.
