Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-ins/outs; review front office paperwork.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs; conduct tours for potential guests; fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens; maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures; ensure security for guests.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
