Job summary

Kessler Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Agent for a premier Savannah property. You will warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a professional demeanor, with flexible hours and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Computer experience is required
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required
• Able to stand during entire shift and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per hotel standards
• Operate PBX console and front desk software
• Respond to guest inquiries about services and hours
• Handle packages, mail and messages for guests
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and reports
• Assist guests with check-ins and checkouts in a courteous manner
