Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests. This role focuses on delivering friendly, professional service in a highly visible setting.

You will handle front office duties, guest services, laundry, cleaning, and light maintenance while supporting sales initiatives and safety procedures. A collaborative, reliable team player will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front office operations: reservations, check-ins/outs, paperwork reviews.
• Guest services: meet needs, tours for potential guests, handle special requests.
• Laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels.
• Cleaning & maintenance: cleaning tasks, stock supplies across property.
• Sales & marketing: assist with in-house guest sales to increase occupancy.
• Emergency procedures: follow safety protocols and protect property/guests.
