Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: reservations, check-ins/outs, and paperwork review.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours, and fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: handle linens and maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
