Job summary

Ash People LLC is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the primary contact for guests at the hotel. You will manage check-in/out, room assignments, and guest requests with a focus on courteous, consistent service.

Ideal candidates have English proficiency, 1 year hotel front desk experience, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Cash handling and IT systems knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• English reading/writing/speaking across channels.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year hotel front desk experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling and POS familiarity.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out duties.
• Room assignments and inventory coordination with housekeeping.
• Guest requests handling and concierge services.
• Handle complaints and billing tasks as needed.
• Provide recommendations and maintain professional guest interactions.
