Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Guest Service Associate at our Juno Beach property. You will greet guests, register them, and ensure a courteous check-in and check-out experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires accurate cash handling, payment processing, and balancing at the end of shifts. Strong English communication and computer system usage are essential to provide exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient English communication (verbal and written).
• Able to input information using a computer system.
• Able to observe emergency situations with good hearing/vision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them, ensuring courteous service.
• Process check-in/out and code electronic keys.
• Handle payments, balances, and house accounts.
• Answer phone calls with clear English and relay messages.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area neat and secure.
• Resolve guest issues following guidelines.
