Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure an exceptional stay in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will input guest details, handle payments, and provide information on local attractions while maintaining high service standards and teamwork. The role requires clear communication and reliable multitasking in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education/experience meeting knowledge requirements.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic without error.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to input information using a computer system.
• Familiarity with safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out with care and efficiency.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the front desk system; assign rooms.
• Process payments, post charges, and balance the house bank as needed.
• Answer calls promptly and communicate messages to guests and staff.
• Resolve guest issues calmly and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
• Assist other front desk staff and perform related duties as requested.
