Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is hiring a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, handle registrations, and ensure a welcoming stay at our Juno Beach property. You will manage check-in/out, post charges, and respond to inquiries with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, basic math skills, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Prior hotel experience helps, but training is provided to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong numeric and calculator skills for basic arithmetic.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and register them into the system.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures and post charges.
• Assist guests with questions about local attractions and services.
• Answer phone with clear English and route messages.
• Maintain neat front desk and service areas.
• Follow safety and security procedures and company policies.
