Job summary

Marriott San Ramon is seeking a M Club Concierge to provide exceptional guest service on-site. The role supports dining and concierge-style guest assistance, from greeting guests to arranging reservations and local activities.

Responsibilities include taking food and beverage orders, delivering with accuracy, and maintaining tidy dining areas while staying informed about hotel services and promotions. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in a public contact role;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a public contact position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Clear and professional English communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service while greeting and assisting guests throughout their dining and hotel experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver orders promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas by clearing and resetting tables while keeping service stations stocked with necessary supplies.
• Provide concierge-style assistance by arranging reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, tours, and local activities.
• Offer directions and information regarding hotel facilities, services, and scheduled events.
