HEI Hotels and Resorts operates the Marriott San Ramon property. The Room Attendant role focuses on maintaining clean hotel rooms and building spaces, ensuring guest comfort, and supporting colleagues for a smooth operation.

Responsibilities include cleaning, bed linen changes, restocking supplies, and safe handling of equipment; strong communication and teamwork are essential for daily hotel life and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers as a team member.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, shelves and ledges.
• Vacuum room and empty trash; replenish amenities and supplies.
• Sign for keys, retrieve rooms and restock heavy cart; inspect cleanliness.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available as needed.
