• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service while greeting and assisting guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system.
• Maintain clean dining areas and restock service stations.
• Provide concierge-style assistance with reservations and local activities.
• Provide directions and information about hotel services and events.
• Assist guests with mail, packages, and messages.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and nearby attractions.
• Process guest checks accurately and comply with policies including alcohol service.
