Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dining services professional at San Ramon Marriott to provide exceptional guest service across dining and concierge tasks. You will greet guests, take orders, use the POS system, and ensure timely and accurate service while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in a public contact position.
• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Clear and professional English communication with guests and team.
• Ability to adapt communication style across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service while greeting and assisting guests throughout their dining and hotel experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter into POS, and deliver promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean dining areas and restock service stations.
• Provide concierge-style assistance by arranging reservations and local activities.
• Offer directions and information regarding hotel facilities and events.
• Assist guests with mail, packages, and messages when needed.
• Stay up-to-date on hotel services, promotions, and nearby attractions.
• Process guest checks accurately and comply with policies including alcohol service.
• Be available to work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
