Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with arrivals/departures.
• Complete registration and input guest information into the system.
• Verify and imprint credit cards, handle payments and balance a house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve guest issues.
• Remain calm during busy periods and emergencies.
