Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador responsible for handling guest check transactions, food running, bussing, and host interactions in a prompt and courteous manner in line with our standards. You may be working directly with guests to ensure a positive experience at all touch points.

The role requires cash handling experience, ability to secure a Gaming Regulatory Authority license, and a commitment to exceptional guest service, teamwork, and adherence

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be able to secure a Gaming Regulatory Authority license.
• Commitment to following Detailed Gaming Regulations.
• Mille Lacs Band Member preference will be exercised.

Aufgaben

• Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Adhere to cash control policies and procedures.
• Inform Guests of wait times and venue areas.
• Prepare orders with garnish and accompaniments.
• Answer questions and route concerns to management.
• Address guest complaints promptly and courteously.
• Seat Guests according to venue procedures.
• Deliver excellent Guest Service in a friendly manner.
• Model respectful behavior and teamwork with associates.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area per health rules.
• Maintain stock of necessary items.
• Provide cordial reception and escort to dining tables.
• Answer phones and take reservations as needed.
• Communicate wait times and general venue information.
• Operate host seating system and explain menu items.
• Close interactions with guests with friendly remarks.
• Address complaints to resolve quickly.
• Assist in health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Read floorplans to seat guests appropriately.
• Clean and sanitize tables after guest departure.
• Work with casino hosts, cooks, and others for smooth operations.
