Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Ambassador to assist Guests at check-in, seating, and service points. You will handle payments, answer questions, and coordinate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, assisting with reservations, maintaining a clean dining area, and supporting service excellence while upholding health standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Ability to read floorplans and seat guests.
• Answer telephone and make reservations when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from Guests promptly and courteously.
• Seat Guests according to venue procedures and rotate seating as needed.
• Answer Guest questions and direct concerns to management.
• Maintain clean and sanitary dining areas in line with health regulations.
• Assist in maintaining stock and supporting team to ensure smooth service.
