Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador to handle guest check transactions, food running, bussing and host interactions in a prompt and courteous manner.

You will seat guests, answer questions, manage reservations, maintain cleanliness, and work with casino hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors to ensure a smooth, high-standard guest experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check transactions in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Provide food running, bussing and host interactions to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Adhere to cash control policies and procedures.
• Advise guests of waiting times and seating areas, prepare orders with garnish and accompaniments.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Seat guests according to venue procedures and operate the host seating system.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and stock necessary items.
• Assist in reservations by telephone and at the venue, and communicate wait times to guests.
• Collaborate with casino hosts, food servers, cooks, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
