Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Ambassador to greet Guests, handle check transactions, seat Guests, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience at all touchpoints. You will work with Hosts, Food Servers and Supervisors to uphold service standards and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Ability to seat guests according to established procedures.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to read floorplans and operate seating systems.
• Ability to answer phones and take reservations.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments from Guests promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to cash control policies.
• Seat Guests and manage reservations and wait times.
• Answer Guest questions and resolve concerns with management.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area per health regulations.
• Collaborate with Hosts, Servers, Cooks and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
