Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador to provide warm guest interactions, handle transactions, and support seating and host duties across the venue in Minnesota. You will ensure courteous service, awareness of wait times, and adherence to health and service standards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, guiding guests to tables, answering questions, and collaborating with hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors to deliver an exceptional guest experience while

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must obtain Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) license.
• Comply with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check transactions promptly and courteously.
• Assist with seating and host duties across the venue.
• Provide information about wait times and reservations.
• Maintain clean dining area and stock as needed.
• Collaborate with casino hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors.
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns quickly.
