Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador to ensure a positive guest experience across all touchpoints. You will handle payments, assist with seating and reservations, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced venue.

The role requires cash handling experience and a Gaming Regulatory Authority license. You will work with casino hosts and other associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold health standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Must follow all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check transactions promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to cash control policies.
• Seat guests and manage reservations according to venue procedures.
• Provide attentive guest service and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area in line with health regulations.
• Collaborate with casino hosts, food servers, cooks, and supervisors to ensure smooth operation.
