Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador responsible for guest check transactions, seating, host interactions, and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with guests to ensure a positive dining experience at all touch points, while maintaining health standards and proper cash handling.

The role emphasizes teamwork with casino staff and a strong commitment to hospitality, inclusivity, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Seat Guests according to established procedures and assist with seating system.
• Answer telephones and make reservations, if required.
• Address Guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Deliver excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area in accordance with health regulations.
