Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador to welcome guests, handle payments, and ensure a positive dining experience in a fast-paced venue. You will seat guests, provide information about the venue, and maintain a clean, sanitary dining area in compliance with state health regulations.

As a team member, you will collaborate with casino hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold cash handling standards while responding promptly

Qualifications

Previous cash handling experience.
Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Handle guest check transactions and process payments.
Adhere to cash control policies and procedures.
Advise Guests of waiting times and areas of the venue.
Seat Guests according to established procedures.
Deliver excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
