Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Venture is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador at Grand Casino. You will handle Guest transactions, seat Guests, and ensure a positive experience across touchpoints with courteous, prompt service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, host interactions, answering questions, and maintaining health standards while working as part of a dedicated operations team.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Handle Guest check transactions and cash handling in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Provide host interactions and seating according to venue procedures.
• Advise Guests on waiting times and seating areas.
• Prepare orders and ensure accuracy with garnish and accompaniments.
• Address Guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain sanitary dining areas and stock levels.
• Operate host seating computer system and distribute menus.
• Assist in delivering superior Guest Service and teamwork across departments.
