Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests and support onsite operations. The role reports to the Account Manager and involves coordinating tasks, troubleshooting, and guiding coworkers when management is not on-site.

Responsibilities include door duties, parking operations, guest assistance, schedule coordination, and revenue reconciliation, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of guest information and a strong emphasis on safety and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check, MVR and drug screen.
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Six months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write and speak Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests; assist with check-in and parking procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, staying calm under pressure and handling guest concerns.
• Use proper phone etiquette and assist with bell services.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Support Account Manager in scheduling and communication; reconcile revenue and shift paperwork.
• Safeguard guest confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
