Job summary

UW Health in Madison is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to welcome patients and visitors with energy and a positive attitude. You will guide guests, complete health screening questions and direct them to appropriate areas, ensuring smooth movement through the facility.

This full-time role offers a schedule Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM in the main hours and in the Emergency Department after 5:00 PM, with opportunities for variety and work-life balance through flexible shifts.

• Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Preferred)

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM. From 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM, you will work in the Emergency Department. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
