Job summary

UW Health in Madison is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to welcome patients and visitors with energy and a positive attitude. You will guide guests, complete health screening questions and direct them to appropriate areas, ensuring smooth movement through the facility.

This full-time role offers a schedule Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM in the main hours and in the Emergency Department after 5:00 PM, with opportunities for variety and work-life balance through flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.
• Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows.
• Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.
