Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will manage reservations, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, handle payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Must be 21+ for alcohol sales, and a high school diploma is preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or hotel experience is preferred.
• Must be 21+ for alcohol sales from Market/Shop.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records, shift reports, and guest information.
• Follow safety procedures and assist during emergencies.
