Qualifications

• Customer-service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Willingness to learn hotel PMS and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and conduct efficient check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Process payments, post charges, and handle cash with accuracy.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with services and local info.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records, reports, and guest information.
• Adhere to safety policies and hotel procedures.
