Job summary

You will represent the hotel with a positive attitude and handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payments accurately in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills, with prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate a hotel property management system and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and complete check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with services and local information.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate front desk records and shift reports.
