Midas Hospitality, LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team. You will create exceptional first and last impressions by delivering outstanding service during check-in, stay, and check-out.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Prior customer service, hospitality, or hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial for PMS and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately handle payments and cash transactions following procedures.
• Assist guests with questions about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records, shift reports, and guest information.
