The ideal candidate values guest satisfaction, can handle fast-paced settings, and may work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate a PMS and manage guest transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in/out efficiently.
• Process reservations and changes per standards.
• Explain room types, rates, packages, promotions.
• Promote loyalty programs and handle payments.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records and shift reports.
