Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team. This role delivers outstanding customer service during check-in, stay, and check-out, creating memorable first and last impressions for guests.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, retail, or related experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing guest and business needs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Promote loyalty programs to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments and cash transactions following procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records and daily shift reports.
• Assist with mail, packages, and special requests.
