Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent preferred.
• Good understanding of English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out and wake-up calls.
• Answer phones within 3 rings using proper greeting and etiquette.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, promotions and group activities.
• Process payments according to hotel cash handling procedures.
