Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process guest requests via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Operate telephone switchboard and route calls to correct extensions.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately; log requests in the system.
• Assist guests with internet access and guestroom entertainment.
• Follow up with guests to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
