Job summary

Commonwealth Lodging is seeking a Guest Service Agent to support front desk operations and guest services. The role requires excellent communication, cash handling, and POS familiarity to ensure smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries, manage guest information, and assist during emergencies while upholding brand standards and hotel policies. This is a full-time, on-site position at the property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of guest service experience preferred.
• Strong English language and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office operations and guest services.
• Process payments and manage cash handling.
• Operate hotel systems and maintain guest information.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate wake-up calls.
• Assist in emergencies to protect guests and property.
