Reside is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Seattle to deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout. You will ensure accurate guest billing and support property operations by maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus flexibility for overnight shifts, are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for hospitality coursework and front office experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle all check-ins and checkouts accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile transactions and audit daily reports for accuracy.
• Review and compile management reports and guest billings promptly.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding services and local attractions.
• Maintain front desk systems and ensure adherence to standards.
• Follow cash handling, credit, and audit procedures.
• Support porterage and guest service functions as needed.
