Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems are required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and via phone or email, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records; issue receipts as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
