Job summary

Stonebridge Companies' Residence Inn - Seattle is seeking a Part Time Guest Service Agent to support front desk operations, assist guests with check-in and check-out, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries to ensure a high level of service.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be proficient with property management systems and MS Office, and comfortable handling cash. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk/guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software (Word/Excel).
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Post charges and balance ledgers manually or via systems.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with bell staff; assist with reservations and inquiries.
