Job summary

Residence Inn Downtown Seattle Lake Union is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and ensure a seamless arrival and stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, assist with requests, and provide local information with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience in a guest-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
Must be able to stand for a full shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensure friendly, efficient, error-free check-in and check-out for guests.
Coordinate with multiple departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
Answer guest questions and provide local directions and resources.
Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including taking messages and making reservations.
Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges.
Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration.
