Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work an overnight shift as needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at the front desk.
• Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests.
• Handle forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
• Upsell opportunities and World of Hyatt enrollments.
