Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will coach team members, greet guests, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will also manage POS transactions, cash handling, safety compliance, and housekeeping to ensure a welcoming and well-organized store for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure management directives are followed.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Keep store clean and organized including housekeeping tasks.
• Oversee 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash deposits, gift cards, checks as applicable.
• Maintain in-stock conditions through replenishment.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins.
