Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold cash and POS procedures. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and adherence to safety and operational policies.

You will supervise team members, coach on tasks, greet guests, manage cash processes, and ensure cleanliness and in-stock conditions. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork across store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coaching to meet store objectives.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to handle inquiries.
• Proficient in operating POS and handling cash processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management.
• Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for all cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
