Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will coach team members, manage POS cash handling, maintain safety and cleanliness, and keep shelves stocked while adhering to company policies.

Ideal candidates are 18+, flexible across shifts, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Access to store floor, stock area and register area.
• Able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees and ensure compliance with management directives.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS system and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed on schedule.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
