Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and supervise work processes to meet store objectives. The role emphasizes coaching, greeting guests, and maintaining store standards to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards where applicable, ensure 24/7 guest service programs, and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism while supporting a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Able to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties per management.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels; ensure cash deposits where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping activities.
• Ensure 24/7 guest service programs and processes are executed.
• Handle vendor check-ins per guidelines and address guest inquiries.
