Responsibilities

• Maintain front porch standards as per No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Coordinate schedule with Store Manager to meet service levels within labor guides.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, voids, and check approvals promptly and professionally.
• Keep front porch clean and parking lot debris-free.
• Model professional behavior in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Monitor and enforce front porch policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
